The Bismarck Fire Department protects the life and property of the people who live, work in, and visit the City of Bismarck. There are five fire station locations, each staffed with a Fire Captain and on-duty Career Firefighters that provide for timely response throughout Bismarck. Emergency Response Services provided by the Bismarck Fire Department include Fire Suppression, Emergency Medical Response,  Hazardous Materials Response, High Angle Rescue, Confined Space Rescue, Structural Collapse Response, and Vehicle Extrication.
