It gives you a feeling that you are part of something bigger than just being a technician. Knowing that what you have done directly effects how the city operates is a good feeling.”

I really like advising departments to help make projects happen. In my old job, I only worked with accountants, but now I get to work directly with police officers, engineers, water plant operators, and more. It’s fun and rewarding to work with experts in other professions to help make our city better. ”
